Standard queen room was neat, the beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a tub, which was great. The location was excellent and comfy in the heart of Madrid and met the demands.

The room was bright and beautiful with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets in the own bathroom. Its location was very central, 400 feet from a vast pedestrianized public square.

Beds were a bit hard.

The room I booked was tidy and spacious with shower, newly renovated bathroom. All the stuff was absolutely kind, fixed my issues. The location was marvellous and incredible, just a pleasant stroll away from a huge plaza.

Great location and clean. The room was neat, decorated well and the bathroom very clean. We loved the fact that it was right on Gran Via, close to Montera, and within walking distance or a short subway ride to all the attractions in the center of Madrid. The hotel is easily accessible and has elevators for convenience. The staff, especially Fernando, Juliana, and Camelia, were very personable and made our stay more enjoyable. They provided helpful recommendations for local restaurants that the locals frequent. We also appreciated their assistance in finding us a spot in one of their other hostels for our return stay. The price was also very reasonable, especially for a double room.

During our stay, we encountered a minor inconvenience with the self-service tablet for check-in. However, the customer service person was very nice and resolved the issue promptly.

I thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with new furniture. The staff were INCREDIBLY KIND and pleasant, no complaints whatsoever.

The rooms are clean and cozy, with tasteful decorations and comfortable beds. The bathroom is well-maintained, ensuring a pleasant experience. The friendly staff provide good service and there is a door man for added security.

The noise from neighboring rooms can be heard, which might be bothersome for light sleepers.

The fact that I was given a patronising sermon about arriving too early despite not arriving until after the 12.30 pm stated in the reservation. The fact that I was not able to pay by credit card bacause of a malfunction in the system and the only suggestion made was that I should go out and get cash if I didn't have any on me.
